Now Hiring: Part-Time Tutors at Sylvan Center

Location: Minneapolis-St. Paul Metro

Sylvan Center is looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Part-Time Tutors. If you are someone with excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you!

Strong Communication Skills: Youre comfortable interacting with others, explaining concepts clearly, and providing support.

Multitasker: You can manage multiple tasks and keep things organized, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Customer Service Mindset: Whether youre helping a student or their family, you are patient, approachable, and dedicated to providing a great experience.

Leadership and Support: Whether youve managed a team, coordinated projects, or guided others, you know how to keep things on track and inspire confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one, engaging instruction to students.

Track and document student progress.

Complete required training to improve your teaching skills.

Manage your time and student needs effectively.

Qualifications:

No Experience Required: We provide training, so just bring your passion for teaching and helping others!

Currently Pursuing a Degree: Were looking for individuals with a strong academic foundation and a desire to help students succeed.

Patience and Enthusiasm: Youre a great listener and have the patience to help students achieve their goals.

Flexible Schedule:

Monday to Thursday: 4:00 PM 8:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM 2:00 PM
