The pay listed above is encompassing of a total range, final compensation offered will be dependent upon several factors to include but not limited to years of experience and education within the position and industry.

Scope of Work:

THTBC is seeking a Project Control Analyst with Government Contracting expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience with financial analysis and forecasting, budget management, cost controls, and procurement.

Responsibilities:

Provide primary interface between Accounting Operations and Program Management

Manage the program financial forecasting for a portfolio of FFP, T&M and cost type contracts

Setting up cost control system, monitors and controls costs and schedules

Cost Point project setup and maintenance

Performing analyses and preparing reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines

Preparing budgets and schedules for contract work and performing and/or assisting in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales forecast, and variance analysis

Ensuring adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections

Incorporating contractual changes into control systems

Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of related experience

An additional 4+ years of experience accepted in lieu of a degree

Experience with program control, EAC management, and pricing

Experience in a lead role

Self-starter with change management experience

Government contracting experience with expose to Cost Type, T&M and FFP services contracts

Industry related experience in Finance, Accounting or Program Control

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Proficient in Deltek Costpoint

Must be able to successfully complete a drug/alcohol test and a criminal record check.
