We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Driver Manager to oversee a fleet of professional drivers.

Location: This position is onsite at our corporate office in Minneapolis, MN

Hiring Range: Starting at $59,250 (negotiable based on experience)

What You'll Do

As a Driver Manager, you'll:

Manage freight load status, driver schedules, and hours of service independently

Ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations and company safety policies

Communicate with drivers and customers across multiple channels (phone, email, text, Qualcomm)

Build and manage loads in TMW; troubleshoot and resolve driver/customer issues

Collaborate with billing and payroll to ensure accuracy in contracts and driver pay

Cross-train on multiple accounts and perform additional duties as needed

Knowledge and Skills to be successful:

Strong communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use

Self-motivated, adaptable, and solution-oriented with a positive attitude

Able to multitask, work independently, and manage changing priorities professionally

About the Role

The salary grade for this position ranges from $59,250.20 to $83,046.80. While offers will be based on experience and qualifications, the targeted pay range for this role is $59,250 - $64,000.
