You Will:

Provide L1 technical support to clinicians and other healthcare professionals on the use of clinical software applications.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to clinical software applications.

Develop and deliver training materials and workshops on the use of clinical software applications.

Assist in the implementation and configuration of clinical software applications.

Monitor and maintain the performance of clinical software applications.

Document procedures and processes related to clinical software applications.

Participate in the development and implementation of new clinical software applications.

Work with other IT teams to ensure the integration of clinical software applications with other systems.

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Medical Imaging or a related field.

1+ years of experience in providing technical support to healthcare professionals.

Experience with clinical software applications, including electronic health records (EHRs), Radiology Information Systems (RIS), or similar.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
