Key Responsibilities:
Conduct analysis, design, and computer modeling of structures.
Coordinate with various disciplines to complete projects.
Produce detailed plans, specifications, and review shop drawings.
Lead engineering projects with unique complexities.
Act as a technical liaison and independently handle technical matters.
Participate in project, construction, client, and team meetings.
Conduct facility assessments and write technical reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Structural or Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering.
10-20 years of experience in Structural Engineering.
PE and Structural Engineering (SE) license required.
Proficiency in structural engineering software (Bentley RAM products), 3D modeling software (REVIT and AutoCAD), Microsoft Excel, and BlueBeam.
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Extensive knowledge of structural codes and standards (ASCE 7, AISC 360, ACI 318).
Design experience in a wide range of structural materials and project types.
