An established boutique law firm specializing in community association law seeks a Litigation Attorney to join its dynamic team. This role is ideal for a motivated attorney who is passionate about litigation and eager to develop expertise in the representation of condominium, homeowners, and cooperative associations across Florida.Key Responsibilities

Manage litigation matters.

Represent community associations in a wide range of legal proceedings.

Collaborate closely with a team of experienced attorneys and dedicated support staff.

Participate actively in ongoing professional development through comprehensive training programs.Qualifications

Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.

3 to 5 years of litigation experience preferred.

Prior experience in Community Association Law (CAL) is a plus, but not required.

Highly motivated, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning.Compensation and Benefits

Competitive salary, commensurate with experience, up to $125,000.

Training and mentorship.

15% commission on any new business generated.

Year-end holiday bonus and annual salary increases.

Health and dental insurance effective immediately upon hire.

Paid time off: two weeks of vacation and accrual of sick day per month.

In-office position with a billing requirement of 100-125 hours per month.About the Firm
