The Lean Manufacturing Process Engineer position in Monticello, IN is all about enhancing operations. You'll be instrumental in ensuring optimal performance by managing and leading process improvements using lean methodologies. What You'll Do:

Drive innovations in process improvements by applying lean concepts (e.g., 6s).

Support a culture geared towards ongoing enhancement and simplification.

Engage with leadership to shape Value Streams and standardize processes.

Eliminate inefficiencies to boost productivity and reduce scrap rates.

Aid operators in overcoming setup and tooling challenges.

Document and oversee process protocols to ensure quality production. Qualifications:

Education in Engineering or a related technical area.

CNC and CAD skills are preferred; Six Sigma familiarity is an asset.

Effective communicator capable of working with multiple teams.
