Bishop Ready High School, located at 707 Salisbury Road in Columbus, is seeking a Math Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year.

About Bishop Ready

Bishop Ready serves families on the west side of Columbus as well as the surrounding suburbs of Hilliard, Grove City, Galloway, Ashville, London, and West Jefferson. With an enrollment of 420 students, Bishop Ready offers a college-prep curriculum in a family-centered foundation based on Catholic teaching. Our faith is highlighted not only in our formal settings of worship and spiritual retreats, but also in the classroom, in our after school programs, in our commitment to service to our community through volunteer projects, and in our everyday interactions with each other.

Requirements:

Hold an appropriate Ohio Teaching License (Professional, Permanent, or Resident Educator) or be eligible to obtain one before beginning to teach

Current satisfactory BCI & FBI background checks

Have attended or be willing to attend a Virtus Protecting God's Children training

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR TEACHERS

TITLE: Teacher

QUALIFICATIONS: Appropriate state certification/license:

as required by the grade levels and subjects taught

Religious Education certification as required by the diocese

RESPONSIBLE TO: Principal

JOB GOAL: To assist students in mastering the skills and information in the school curriculum while helping them to grow in faith and responsibility.
