Shift Available: Full-Time, Days
What is Your Role? The Manager, Dining Operations is responsible for ensuring that the residents’ dining experience in the public campus dining areas, all skilled nursing units, Memory Support, Assisted Living and Health Pavilion floors meet our exceptional standards of service. Universal Dining Servers are trained and developed by the Manager.

We are Seeking:
Individuals who exemplify, kindness, and positivity
Those who value teamwork, family, and community
Associates degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
A minimum of 1-year previous supervisory experience required.
A minimum of 3 years related to Fine Dining and Health Services dining (including knowledge of therapeutic food), experience in a continuous care retirement community, hospital, or similar facility preferred.
ServSafe food management certification (Level 2 management course)
Must possess a customer service background and orientation.
