What Is Your Role? The Move-In Coordinator is responsible for all aspects related to external and internal moves to/in our community related to Independent and Assisted Living. This includes developing and executing a highly engaging onboarding program for new Independent Living residents with a focus on the first 90 days of residency. This position assists with walk-ins for new sales, conducting tours of the facility as requested. This role requires excellent communication skills with team members, residents, and family members as well as strong customer service and a high level of patience and compassion for others.

What Are Seeking?
High School Diploma. College degree in related field preferred
Related experience in marketing, sales and customer service
Experience in a continuing care retirement community a plus
Additional requirements
Valid Ohio Driver’s License
Must possess a customer service background and orientation with demonstrated problem solving skill
Microsoft office proficiency
