IT Support Technician
Location: Warwick, Rhode Island Full-Time $42,000–$50,000

What You’ll Do
Provide remote and onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and network devices
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues
Deliver proactive IT guidance and ensure smooth day-to-day operations for clients
Configure and support network infrastructure (Firewalls, Switches, Wireless Access Points)
Support Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Etc.) and Windows server environments
Work with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft Exchange/365
Maintain documentation and update the ticketing system accurately
Ensure timely, professional communication and excellent customer service
Be available for occasional after-hours or weekend work with advance notice
Skills and Qualifications
2+ years of hands-on IT support experience
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networks
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Windows server environments
Familiarity with Fortinet and Ubiquiti is a plus
Experience with backup systems and remote monitoring tools
Knowledge of IT security best practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Experience with Azure or Google Cloud Platform is a plus
