Education/ Experience:

· Bachelor’s Degree in IT, computer or clinical required; Master’s Degree or equivalent preferred.

· Minimum 10 years of technical experience

· Minimum 5 year of experience as an SME role

· Experience with demonstrated success in achieving technical and clinical solutions.

· Strong background in developing clinical services and viable solutions.

· Understanding for Clinical processes and Data flows

· Expert knowledge on clinical and operational data

· Experience in working Clinical information management

· Good understanding of Database concepts – structured Vs non structured data

·

Responsibilities:

· Provide support, as needed, in the evaluation and identification of new capabilities and develops recommendations based on client’s high level requirements.

· Understand the various business needs and help customer success team to come up with strategies to deliver a client facing collaboration strategy that meets client requirements.

· Help to develop business specifications and works with internal teams in ensuring that the solution provides appropriate functionality and opportunities in alignment with client’s requirements.

· Create design documents, logical/physical translation maps & end-to-end data flow architecture

· Developed new integration processes and process improvements to streamline operations and achieve customer adoption.

· Responsible for supporting RFP activities

· Provide expertise and consulting in the creation high and low level designs and resource estimations in support of business

· Support Business analysts, product owner to solicit and transform business and operational requirements into platform-level requirements

· Responsible for mentoring team members and/or acting as a SME

· Work closely with the Client support team to monitor issues, provide assistance and feedback to enhance the customers experience

· Assist in troubleshooting application issues

· Responsible for the day-to-day support of the application system in operation, including the task related to identifying and troubleshooting the application issues

· Support competing application and product development initiatives

· Support internal and external system integrations

· Provide support in assessing resource and SME needs required for a wide-range of software development initiatives

· Communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical terms to both technical and business audiences

· Adhere to company policies and procedures and Industry Regulations.

· Assist in identifying opportunities for business process improvements within project scope.

· Maintains constant knowledge of the market on all the analytic insights and solutions emerging in clinical/healthcare arena.

· Support customer audit/inspection Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA) response & management
