We are currently hiring for an ongoing IT Application Support Consultant position in the Greater North Houston area. This is an excellent opportunity to work on long-term technology initiatives in the K-12 education sector, with a focus on SQL Server, C# development, and leading ERP platforms like MUNIS and Frontline.Key Responsibilities

Ensure seamless operation of enterprise software applications for K-12 school districts.

Serve as the main point of contact for user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Liaise between school staff and third-party software vendors.

Develop and manage stored procedures, data models, and SQL views using T-SQL and C#.

Support compliance with state and federal K-12 education reporting requirements.

Contribute to process improvement through technical documentation and user training.

Provide creative solutions to address evolving business and technical needs.Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred).

Strong grasp of relational databases and application integration.

Experience in enterprise software application support and database development.

Working knowledge of:

MUNIS or similar K-12 ERP systems

Frontline or other applicant tracking systems

KACE or other issue management platforms

Timekeeping systems used in school districts

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong problem-solving mindset and self-motivated work ethic.
