Technical Product Owner

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner to lead the delivery of high-impact technical solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technology, ensuring alignment between product vision, development execution, and customer value. You will collaborate closely with developers, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders to define and deliver robust technical products.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary liaison between the product management team and development squads.

Own and maintain the product backlog, including writing and refining user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements, including features, user stories, and technical specifications.

Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize and plan technical features, enablers, and refactoring tasks.

Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups).

Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions by removing blockers and clarifying requirements.

Align product development with enterprise architecture standards, security practices, and performance goals.

Work with stakeholders to gather feedback, validate solutions, and iterate on product features.

Define and track key metrics to evaluate product performance and technical debt.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.

3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Technical Business Analyst in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), APIs, databases, cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure), and system integrations.

Strong ability to translate technical concepts into business language and vice versa.

Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile platforms.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification.

Experience in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Background in SaaS, enterprise platforms, or data-intensive applications.

Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.Company Description
