Entry-Level Manufacturing Engineer – Day Shift

Location: Near Painesville, OH

Schedule: 1st Shift (Full-Time)

What You’ll Do:

Assist in process improvements, troubleshooting, and production support

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on manufacturing projects

Help develop and refine SOPs, quality standards, and efficiency measures

Work with modern tools and technology in a clean, organized facility

Support equipment testing, root cause analysis, and data collection

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related Engineering field (recent graduates encouraged to apply!)

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
