Public Works Superintendent

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Public Works working superintendent with the following qualifications: Experience in reading plans & all related contract documents. Strong leadership & communication skills. Ability to manage budgets and personnel. Provide detailed daily reports. Provide 3 week look ahead schedules along with monthly schedule updates. Submit inspection requests as required. Operate AutoDesk program. Provide RFIs as needed. Provide daily T&M tickets as needed. Provide weekly Safety meetings. Coordinate Oakview's scope of work with the Construction Manager and other Prime Contractors. Oakview Constructors, Inc. is a non-union company, all prevailing wage benefits are included in weekly pay checks. Gas and Cell Phone allowance paid monthly.
