North American Construction Company is seeking a qualified and motivated Construction Superintendent / Project Manager to join our growing team in Florence, SC. We are looking for a hands-on leader with experience in plumbing, grading, and general construction. Wastewater experience is a strong plus.

This is a key role responsible for overseeing day-to-day field operations while managing project timelines, resources, and personnel to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of construction projects from start to finish

Supervise job site activities, subcontractors, and field crews

Coordinate grading, plumbing, and general site work

Ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to plans/specs

Maintain daily logs, schedules, and documentation

Communicate clearly with owners, engineers, vendors, and inspectors

Ensure materials, equipment, and labor are efficiently utilized

Assist with project planning, budgeting, and forecasting

Requirements:

Waste Water and Water Piping are required

Grading and general construction experience are a must

Wastewater treatment or water treatment plant experience is a strong plus

Proven experience as a superintendent or project manager in the construction industry

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specs

Proficient in project documentation and communication

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
