"Native Indonesia speaker with good Mandarin and English.
About 90% voice in Indonesian & Mandarin + 10% chat/email in English.
• At least Diploma with experience
• Preferable Immediate starter
• Requires good English skills, and excellent in Mandarin and Indonesian speaking
• Able to read and write in Mandarin and Indonesian
• Familiar with Oil and Gas industry is an added advantage.
For native Indonesian candidate, as per work visa application's requirement,
passport validity should be more than 2 years; Bachelor/Master degree holder should have 2-3 years of working experience; Diploma holder should have 5 years of working experience." "1. Time: 24/7 (8 hours + 1 hour break)
2. Days: Rotational Basis - including weekend & public holiday; 5 working days and 2 days off
3. Mode: permanent WFH (Bangsar South)
WFO only for new hire training + nesting, about 1 month; Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm
• We're business as usual on Public Holidays and if employees are expected to work during these times if required, they will be compensated according to the public holiday rate.
• We require 100% attendance during the training and nesting and in general New Hire is not allowed to take leave in the first 6 months."
"Basic salary: RM 3,425
Travel Allowance: RM100
Language Allowance: RM250
Shift Allowance: RM300
Variable Performance Pay: RM125
Total Pay: RM 4,200
The max total salary package is RM 4,200.
The first 1-year bond included as well:
• RM7,000 of bond payment for local Malaysian if they were to leave the organization for the first 1 year
• RM15,000 of bond payment for non-Malaysian if they were to leave the organization for the first 1 year
Malaysia Tax Policy:
• For new hires that don’t stay in Malaysia previously for at least 182 days, the taxation will be 30% for the first 6 months, and the taxation will be as per normal for the following months.
• For new hires that have stayed in Malaysia previously for at least 182 days, the taxation will be as per normal."
