About this opportunity

At Getinge Danmark A/S, we are looking for a key team member to join our Customer Service department as a Sales Coordinator. This is not just any coordination role — it's a position of trust and ownership, supporting the delivery of medical products that are vital to patient care and even life-saving.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business — from technicians and finance to sales, communication, and management — as well as external suppliers and customers. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and sometimes complex environment, stays calm under pressure, and takes pride in solving problems, even outside their immediate responsibility.

You’ll play a critical role in keeping our internal processes running smoothly while keeping the bigger purpose in mind: these are sensitive, high-stakes products that must be delivered with precision and care.

What will you do

Take full ownership of sales and project order management, from purchasing to coordination and logistics

Ensure correct and timely invoicing of sales and project-related orders

Maintain clear, professional communication with both suppliers and customers

Keep data updated and accurate in our ERP and CRM systems to support visibility and follow-up across the organization

You will bring

To thrive in this role, we believe you bring:

At least 4 years of experience in order management, preferably within MedTech or a similar high-responsibility industry

Strong understanding of logistical flows and coordination across departments (sales, service, planning, production)

Confidence in navigating complex tasks with structure, logic, and a results-driven mindset

Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English, with the ability to work across a wide range of stakeholders

Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with numbers — you understand how to analyze, validate, and follow up on data
