Weâ re looking to hire 10 experienced Prep Cooks for a high-volume plated dinner event for 600 guests on Saturday, June 6th, from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM in Rohnert Park, CA.

Pay: $28/hour

Event Type: Sit-down, plated service

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of prep cook experience in a professional kitchen

Must own a chef coat and prep knives (strongly preferred)

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Strong knife skills and knowledge of basic cooking techniques

Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe certified a must)

Must be punctual, reliable, and able to follow instructions closely

Responsibilities:

Prepping ingredients (chopping, slicing, portioning) according to set recipes and menus

Assisting with setup and organization of prep stations

Ensuring quality and consistency of prepared items

Supporting chefs and line cooks as needed during service

Cleaning and sanitizing work areas and equipment throughout the shift

Adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times
