Primary Responsibilities:

Lead Design, deploy, and manage scalable, reliable, and secure cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Optimize cloud resource usage to improve performance and cost efficiency

Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical guidance and support

Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Terraform or Azure DevOps

Automate application deployments, configuration management, and updates

Ensure zero-downtime deployments and rollback strategies

Implement monitoring and alerting solutions using Splunk, Grafana, Azure AppInsights or Dynatrace

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system reliability and uptime

Enforce cloud security best practices, including identity and access management (IAM), encryption, and network security

Conduct vulnerability assessments and apply security patches

Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA)

Write automation scripts in Python, Bash, or PowerShell to streamline operations

Manage configuration using GitHub, GitHub Actions and Terraform

Implement auto-scaling and self-healing architectures

Deploy and manage containers using Docker and Kubernetes

Implement Kubernetes clusters (EKS, AKS, GKE) with autoscaling and service mesh

Optimize container networking, storage, and security

Work closely with development, security, and operations teams to implement DevOps best practices

Document infrastructure, deployment processes, and troubleshooting steps

Promote DevOps culture through automation, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

Experience with Amazon Connect (AWS), Google AI (voice bots), Azure

10+ years of IT experience on contact center or Genesys IVR

3+ years of experience working on Monitoring tools like Splunk, Zabbix, Grafana, Dynatrace APM monitoring and setup

3+ years of experience in operations in contact center services.

2+ years of Public Cloud (Azure, Google, AWS) experience

3+ year of Jenkins CI/CD experience

2+ years of experience with Agile methodologies

1+ years of experience with at least 1 scripting language such as Perl, Python or PowerShell

2+ years of monitoring enterprise application applications in both Azure, Google, AWS as well as on prem data centers

1+ years of experience with programmatic interaction with a relational database

Solid knowledge on Linux/Unix

Preferred Qualification:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Application and Security logging experience
