Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct internet research and compile findings into reports.
Handle customer service inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
Create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Assist with social media management and content scheduling.
Book travel arrangements and manage expense reports.
Support project management tasks and team collaboration.
Other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role.
Proficient with productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
