We are currently recruiting for full time, permanent Operations Supervisor to join us at our site in Dublin (D24 W2CT) on behalf of our customer, Ikea, for their last-mile operation. You will be working 40 hours per week on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.

Pay, benefits and more:

We are looking to offer a salary of €38946. In addition, we offer 16 days holiday plus bank holiday entitlement, access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, time and a third on Sundays, overtime, and many other perks.

What you will do on a typical day:

Organise your team to perform all tasks efficiently and safely.

Accurately and safely, load and unload vehicles with customer orders

Working with manual handling equipment in a fast-paced environment including FLT, LLOP & PPT trucks

Hygiene tasks as well as any other warehouse duties that are required.

Always treat warehouse and team safety with paramount importance

Lead the customer KPI’s in the warehouse and on last mile activities.

Complete all RTW interviews and administration as required.

Support the investigation of incidents as required Ensure all process and procedures are followed and that we operate a safe and efficient environment.

What you need to succeed at XPO:

FLT licences desirable but not essential

Proven previous Team Leader experience.

Be flexible regarding shift patterns and overtime.

Skills to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
