Grove City Brewing Company is looking for a talented and motivated Grill Cook to bring flavor, focus, and fire to our culinary team. If you're passionate about cooking and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment — let’s talk!

What You’ll Do:

Master the grill and ensure every dish is cooked to perfection

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station

Work closely with the rest of the kitchen crew to get orders out fast and flawlessly

Follow safety and sanitation guidelines — cleanliness is key!

Take pride in your craft and contribute to a great team culture

What We’re Looking For:

Previous kitchen experience (grill experience is a big plus!)

Strong knife skills and sauté experience

Cool under pressure, quick on your feet, and detail-oriented

Positive attitude and a team-first mindset

Reliable and available for evenings and weekends

Willing to learn, grow, and bring your best to every shift
