2nd Shift Quality Inspector

Debbieâ s Staffing is now recruiting a 2nd Shift Quality Inspector for our client located in Attleboro, MA!

Job Type: Full-time Temp-Hire

Pay: $18 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday 3:30pm to 2:00am (10-hour shift, OT)

Job Summary:

Perform inspection of customer supplied product as specified by customer requirements, military specifications, and Brainin procedures.

Objectives & Responsibilities:

Plated material using unaided eye and/or microscopic examination.

Perform thickness testing using various instruments such as x-ray machines, micrometers, calipers, etc.

Perform adhesion testing as specified by the customer or Brainin procedures.

Provide accurate and complete charts and records on visual, thickness, and adhesion testing.

Documentation - complete Brainin job traveler and other documentation.

Assure general cleanliness and maintenance of inspection equipment and work areas. Other duties as assigned by the Quality Supervisor.

SKILLS, ABILITIES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Ability to maintain a safe work environment.

Ability to quickly respond to sound, light or a picture when it appears.

Ability to think ahead.

Good interpersonal and communication skills to work with associates, customers and subcontractors.

Ability to prioritize multiple issues and determine resources needed

Ability to lift/pull up to 40lbs

Language Skills: Ability to read and write in English.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
