Our company is currently searching for someone to join our finance team as our Financial Analyst who will work alongside our Controller to provide support to our financial statements and other accounting activities.

This position will work within a team of other finance professionals and will be based in our Chicago.

IL office.

This role will require the selected candidate to be in office Monday through Friday 8am - 4:30pm.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: Conducting manufacturing variance analysis and reporting on unexpected variances Preparing preliminary management reporting including monthly financial reports to present to Controller.

Providing analysis on gross margin variances Prepare journal entries with concentration on accruals and depreciation related entries Participate in year-end inventory process and provide analytical reports Key Job Requirements: Associates Degree or bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Two to Three years of experience in a manufacturing company Two years' experience working within cost accounting processes Highly organized, detail-oriented and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and with limited direct supervision Must be able to work in a team environment and free from distractions Knowledge of manufacturing accounting software or IQMS software systems preferred Flex-O-Glass prides ourselves on promoting diversity in our workplace and we encourage all qualified applicants to apply and join our team.
