Are you a creative storyteller with a knack for visual content? In this role, you will manage marketing for our events and serve as the vital link between our corporate team and onsite operations, ensuring every experience reflects our brand's energetic image. You'll create engaging social media content, photographs, and timely updates about public events, all while blending seamlessly into the action. Responsibilities:

Act as the brand ambassador for Smash Park, representing our vibrant personality.

Maintain a strong social media presence to ensure consistent and enticing engagement.

Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to strategize post approvals and audience engagement.

Channel your passion for photography by producing high-quality images and short videos.

Implement marketing and event strategies that exceed sales targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with local clients.

Engage in outreach efforts with influencers, local businesses, schools, and community partners.

Coordinate public events and analyze the performance of our campaigns.

Generate innovative ideas for promotions and events to enhance revenue.

Maintain clear and consistent communication with the operations and leadership teams.

Collaborate with sales and operations for a seamless guest experience.

Source and manage entertainment contractors, including event hosts, DJs, and bands.

Handle invoicing for contracted talent.

Work with the marketing team to execute monthly loyalty rewards programs.

Lead, mentor, and offer guidance to the Marketing and Events Intern, managing workload priorities.

Create graphic designs for branded digital and print assets.

Manage and optimize the local marketing budget.

Enhance brand awareness and customer retention through strategic outreach.

Engage with the local community across hotels, apartments, and festivals.

Represent Smash Park at conventions, trade shows, and vendor fairs in collaboration with the Sales team.

Requirements:

A true enthusiast for marketing and photography, with a portfolio showcasing your creative talent.

Demonstrated success in event coordination, creative marketing, and field marketing.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, experiential marketing, or photography is preferred; relevant academic experience may also be considered.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus, but not essential.

Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and Canva is preferred.

Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator is a plus but not necessary.

A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
