The Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the marketing team to coordinate marketing campaigns, managing digital marketing efforts like social media and website updates, and contributing to event planning alongside the CMO. Their responsibilities also include analyzing campaign performance data and ensuring smooth operations to meet marketing objectives efficiently.

Responsibilities

Manage the marketing team to coordinate marketing campaigns, managing digital marketing efforts like social media and website updates, and contributing to event planning alongside the CMO

Work with Marketing Team to ensure cohesive messaging across platforms

Find brands that fit similar goals to Baseball Lifestyle 101 for potential partnership opportunities

Create and maintain a marketing calendar

Light copywriting for email campaigns

Work with Art Director to execute marketing campaigns while maintaining accurate branding

Work with Director of E-Commerce to test performance of the website and make improvements

Meet with partners and maintain partner relationships

Send test emails and schedule campaigns to approve parties

Write and schedule SMS campaigns

Basic SEO for Product Pages and Collection Pages

Work with Junior Graphic Designer to have lookbooks created for major product launches and campaigns. Add these lookbooks to the blog as needed

Assist in managing relationships with paid ads agencies

Manage content calendar and work with content writers to complete blogs to be optimized for search

Manage Tapcart updates: Push notifications and hero banner updates

Set up whitelisting access with influencers

Work with operations team to send out influencer packages

Light note taking in marketing meetings

Reporting on Okendo Surveys (weekly)

Work with graphics team to order print materials

Report weekly on email analytics, Tapcart analytics, and social media analytics (all channels)

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

3+ years' experience in marketing

Ability to multi-task

Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
