Assistant Manager, Technology Development Engineer for Rigid PU

*Position summary: Technology Development Engineer including customer T/S

- Responsible for the technical development of Polyurethane system, test of product and technical services for mainly Rigid PU industry- construction.

- Technology representative for Rigid PU industry- construction

*Main Tasks:

- Testing at laboratory to check product quality for Rigid PU foam (residential or infrastructure segment)

- Basic technical support and system evaluation for Polyurethane customers’ needs.

- Technical service and development for Continuous line, and PU spray system

- Join meeting with RBU to communicate system development together with other regions

*Education/Qualifications required:

- Bachelor’s degree of Chemical related major.

- Working Experience: Preferred more than 8 years of practical experiences to polyurethane customers in construction industry

- Fluent English Speaking and Writing, MS Office skills

*Competencies required:

- Skills for new application and customer development for business growth

- Analytical thinking and innovativeness in line with BASF strategy

- Excellent skills in relationship building and projects pipeline build-up

- Work experience in construction industry with PU solution

- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
