Parlor Shift Managers/ Ice Cream Servers

Toft Dairy is currently looking to hire seasonal part-time AND possible full-time Ice Cream Servers (scoopers) and Shift managers for the Dairy Store/Parlor located at 3717 Venice Road, Sandusky, Ohio. An ideal applicant in the food service industry would be enthusiastic and ready to greet and serve our customers with a positive attitude! An important requirement is a strong work ethic and professional commitment to service! Applicants must also be reliable, responsible and punctual. All the positions in the Dairy Store/Parlor include greeting customers, scooping ice cream, making milkshakes, sundaes and other sweet treats! Other duties include keeping the Dairy Store Parlor environment, inside and outside, safe, clean and sanitary upholding all government regulations.

Applicants must be 16 years (work permit as required) or older and have flexible availability during weekdays AND weekends. Only applicants 18 years and older may be considered for shift manager positions with opening and closing responsibilities and a variety of other management duties. Looking for experienced shift managers to start $15-$16 per hour plus tips and experienced servers start at $13 an hour plus tips.

Successful servers and shift managers are polite, attentive, and respectful towards all customers. They should strive to make each customer feel valued and create a positive impression of the establishment and the Toft brand experience.
