The Business Development Executive will bring a wealth of experience in selling Digital Operations and platform (BPO/BPM) services to the role. You will be pivotal in driving new business development and acquiring new clients through cultivating and maintaining strong relationships. Your focus will be on designing and providing solutions for Trust & Safety in the thriving Hi-Tech/New Age sector.

In this role, you will take charge of the sales process from opportunity identification to closing, making use of your in-depth expertise in sales processes. Developing connections with key decision-makers and influencing buyers will be crucial. As a senior member of the Digital Operations & Platform (DOP) team, you will be expected to uncover, evaluate, and negotiate new business opportunities that align with Wipro's strategic growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Formulate a successful and scalable sales strategy that generates revenue and achieves set targets.

Source new deals and manage the complete sales lifecycle until closure.

Create a comprehensive sales approach that encompasses various services like customer contact solutions, automation, and shared services.

Develop and implement business plans including prospecting, responding to inbound leads, shaping deals, pricing, negotiating, and closing contracts.

Effectively create and deliver a compelling narrative around the value proposition in both verbal and written formats.

Ensure successful outcomes for customers while safeguarding the interests of Wipro’s executives and stakeholders.

Contribute as a crucial member of Wipro's Global Business Line DOP, helping to shape the overall strategy of the company.

Create demand for BPO services tailored to the New Age industry for Fortune 1000 companies.

The ideal candidate will possess:

A proven success record in selling within the Software/Technology industry.

Experience in engaging with C-level executives and senior decision-makers through a strong understanding of their business landscape.

Ability to manage extensive, intricate customer relationships.

Experience in leading complex proposal development and business value proposition efforts.

Success in negotiating long-term contracts.

Qualifications:

Over 15 years of experience in a sales role within BPO Services (including trust and safety, eCommerce, and operations) and horizontal BPO offerings.

A robust professional network and the capability to build relationships with key decision-makers.

Strong knowledge of outsourced solutions and services.

Proficiency in writing and presenting proposals, and responding to RFPs.

Confidence in liaising with and influencing senior leaders, alongside analytical capabilities to synthesize data for presentation.

Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to achieve excellence.

Business acumen with a strategic mindset to identify and develop opportunities.

Availability for about 35% travel.
