Starting Pay - $27.11 to $33.89 (based on experience)

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
1-2 years' experience required and 1-2 years' experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Current Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) license in the state of Minnesota
BLS certification within 90 days of hire
Job Responsibilities:
Assists patients with substance use disorders.
Interviews, assesses/screens, diagnoses, and treats patients for substance use disorders.
Assists with developing treatment plans.
Initiates necessary referrals to appropriate community resources.
Provides crisis intervention as needed.
Attends organizational committees and work groups assigned by supervisor.
Establishes and completes at least one quality improvement project each year.
Promotes staff development by creating an environment of learning and rediscovery.
Acts as a community liaison.
Other duties as assigned.
