The Human Resources Manager partners with executive leadership and functional teams to provide a broad range of human resource services in support of business objectives and initiatives. This is a hands on role blending both strategic and tactical.
This position would be 5 days in-office at our Scottsdale Corporate office.
Duties and responsibilities
Employee Relations- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Performance Management- Oversee performance review processes, goal-setting initiatives, and employee development programs.
Compensation & Benefits- Administer payroll, benefits, and 401(k) plans. Evaluate and recommend competitive compensation structures.
Compliance & HR Policies- Ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies. Maintain compliance with federal and state labor regulations.
Training & Development- Lead onboarding programs and professional development initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement.
Culture & Employee Engagement- Drive initiatives that strengthen company culture, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
7+ years of HR management experience, preferably in financial or professional services industries.
Strong knowledge of multi-state employment laws, HR best practices, and regulatory compliance.
Experience with HRIS systems and recruiting platforms.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification preferred.
