Your key responsibilities will include:

Leading and coordinating engineering and maintenance teams to optimize production processes.

Analyzing production quality and maintenance procedures to identify issues and implement effective solutions.

Creating and executing strategies to enhance product quality by addressing mechanical inefficiencies.

Managing capital and expense projects, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines.

Guiding engineering and maintenance personnel in machine modifications to boost production efficiency.

Planning and scheduling maintenance and repair activities to support production schedules.

Minimum qualifications for the Senior Engineering Manager role:

8+ years of experience in engineering or maintenance in a food manufacturing setting.

At least 2 years of supervisory experience leading maintenance teams.

Strong proficiency in PLC programming.

Experience with environmental compliance.

Competent in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD.

Proven track record managing budgets and capital projects.

Preferred knowledge of union environments, safety regulations, and workers' compensation.
