Line Cook

Full-time, Part-time

Description

Work closely with the kitchen team and Executive Chef to ensure that our dishes are executed perfectly and in a timely manner through service. The line cook will tackle all projects related to the BOH, including but not limited to:

-Prepping out your station

-Working a station throughout service and upholding all Watershed K&B standards

-Menu item creation and execution

-Maintaining a clean work environment

-Unpacking, putting away and breaking down produce orders

Requirements

-Strong knife skills

-Attention to detail and organizational skills

-Ability to think on your feet and adjust to the situation at hand

-A strong sense of community and a genuine love of hospitality and people

-An eagerness to learn and grow with the company

-Ability to work and communicate as a team to ensure the shift moves as efficiently as possible

-A focus on building a genuine experience that is shared beyond the walls of our company

-Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the job including standing for extended periods of time, lifting up to 50 lbs, crouching, bending, and kneeling

-Work with potential allergenic properties involved in food preparation

Salary Description

$17-$20 per hour, based on experience
