Compensation: $70,000–$80,000 + Bonus + Full Benefits + PTO + Career Path

We’re hiring a Front of House Manager to join a modern, guest-loved restaurant in the heart of Eatontown, NJ. Part of a growing hospitality group with multiple concepts, this location is all about great energy, consistent service, and elevated casual dining.

What You’ll Do:

Run the floor, lead by example, and deliver a positive guest experience every shift

Train, coach, and motivate front-of-house team members

Drive service standards and ensure smooth daily operations

Assist with scheduling, labor management, and opening/closing routines

Collaborate with kitchen leadership and upper management

Maintain a clean, compliant, and upbeat environment

We’re Looking For:

2+ years in a front-of-house leadership role (Assistant Manager, Floor Manager, AGM, etc.)

A passion for hospitality and creating great guest moments

Strong presence on the floor—hands-on, engaged, and proactive

Ability to manage fast-paced service while supporting your team

Strong communication and team-building skills
