Job Summary/Company:
Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze financial statements, manage the close process, and handle lender reporting.
Oversee daily accounting functions (AP, AR, payroll, GL) and ensure compliance.
Design and improve internal controls and conduct reviews.
Assist with ERP system configuration, upgrades, and implementation.
Support financial strategy and growth initiatives with analysis and modeling.
Lead and mentor the finance team.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA required
8+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and international consolidation.
Experience in Big 4 audit, internal controls, or internal audit required.
ERP system experience (implementation or upgrades).
Background in consumer goods preferred.

Pay Range: Salary $160,000.00 to $220,000.00
