Compensation: $65,000–$85,000 + Monthly Bonus + Full Benefits + Career Growth

We’re Hiring For:

Front of House Manager – lead service, hospitality, team development, and guest relations

Back of House/Kitchen Manager – oversee kitchen operations, food quality, team performance, and BOH systems

Responsibilities (FOH & BOH):

Lead daily restaurant operations with a strong focus on service and quality

Coach and develop hourly team members; build a positive, productive culture

Oversee scheduling, training, inventory, and safety protocols

Partner with the GM and leadership team to hit financial and performance goals

Maintain compliance with health department regulations and brand standards

Be a hands-on leader who jumps in where needed and leads by example

What You Bring:

2+ years in a restaurant management role (FOH or BOH)

Strong people skills and ability to lead high-performing teams

Experience in fast-paced, high-volume full-service dining

Proven ability to manage costs, inventory, and labor

Familiarity with restaurant tech platforms (POS, scheduling, inventory)

A drive to grow with a brand that rewards initiative and leadership
