We are looking for an efficient and organized PART TIME Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Anderson, South Carolina. This is a Contract to Permanent position, offering flexibility with part-time hours spread across five days a week. The ideal candidate will excel in managing and inputting employee data accurately while ensuring the smooth handling of administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately input employee data, including status changes and pay rates, into the appropriate systems.
• Manage and organize files, ensuring easy retrieval and proper documentation.
• Perform precise calculations and verify data to maintain accuracy.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to handle data entry tasks, including creating and updating spreadsheets.
• Respond to email correspondence in a timely and attentive manner.
• Operate scanning equipment to digitize documents as needed.
• Type and format documents efficiently using Microsoft Word.
• Maintain a high standard of service when interacting with team members.
• Apply 10-key typing skills to ensure swift and accurate data entry.• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets.
• Strong typing and 10-key skills for efficient data entry.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and basic document formatting.
