Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst III to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a long-term contract position ideal for an IT specialist with expertise across Level 1 to Level 3 support. The role requires hands-on experience with technical tools, device management, and troubleshooting processes to ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive IT support across Level 1 to Level 3, addressing technical issues efficiently.
• Manage service desk tasks, including operating system deployment, workstation imaging, and manual configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues at a detailed level.
• Configure and maintain networking equipment, including switches, routers, and related systems.
• Utilize Microsoft Intune for modern device management and ensure proper configuration.
• Handle the setup and integration of tools such as Kaseya to streamline IT operations.
• Support and manage devices across various platforms, including Apple and Android.
• Ensure proper functioning of Active Directory and other Microsoft-related technologies.
• Perform configuration management to maintain consistency in system settings.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize IT processes and implement best practices.• Proven experience in IT support spanning Level 1 to Level 3.
• Proficiency with tools such as Kaseya and Microsoft Intune.
• Expertise in troubleshooting computer hardware and performing manual configurations.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, including switch and router setups.
