ProCare Therapy is currently seeking dedicated Paraprofessionals to work with students in Starkville, MS. As a Paraprofessional, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with diverse learning needs in their educational journey.

Responsibilities:

Assist classroom teachers in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.

Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as directed by the classroom teacher.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Help students with academic tasks, organization, and behavior management.

Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to address student needs effectively.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).

Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.

Knowledge of basic teaching strategies and techniques.

Ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents.

Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.
