Job Description

Job Duties

■ Set up and operate machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc.

■ Operate machinery to cut and shape materials according to shop drawings.

■ Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency

■ Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to quality standards

■ Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance

■ Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment

■ To perform other duties as required from time to time as requested Qualifications

Position Qualifications

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

■ Follow all company rules and policies.

■ Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

■ Must be able to listen, read, write and communicate effectively.

■ Ability to lift materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

■ Minimizes material waste by best practice utilization

■ Maintain equipment in a safe, clean, and good working order

■ Communicate with Management regarding any parts/machine discrepancies, which need to be rectified immediately

■ Clocks each job in and out using computer system

■ Keep workshop area including floor clean and tidy and in a safe working condition

■ Be responsible for the care and use of all workshop tools and equipment and return to correct place after use
