Responsibilities:
Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations to diagnose and develop treatment plans for communication disorders.
Design personalized therapy sessions tailored to each student's needs, fostering growth and progress.
Collaborate effectively with parents, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic support and continuity of care.
Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and adjust therapy strategies as needed.
Offer guidance and education to families and caregivers, empowering them to reinforce therapy outcomes.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Valid SLP license in Ohio and a minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders.
Prior experience in teletherapy or virtual therapy settings preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Reliable computer with high-speed internet access (Chromebooks/tablets not recommended).
