Job Title: Call Center Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location: Bothell, WA
Contract Duration: 2 Months
As a Call Center CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be working in a collaborative and supportive environment where your contributions make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with varying degrees of questions or concerns.

Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
Document and update customer records in our database.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
Pay Details: $21.00 to $22.00 per hour
