Position Summary:
As a Behavior Specialist in Columbus, you'll have the opportunity to work directly with students, providing support and guidance that will help them succeed in the classroom. Collaborating with teachers, youll modify lessons and offer individualized attention to meet the unique needs of each student.
Core Responsibilities:
Adapt and modify lesson plans with teachers to meet the individual needs of students.
Assist with students' personal and physical care as needed.
Ensure that every student has the resources and support to thrive.
