Experienced Quality Inspector – Manufacturing
Location: Binghamton, NY
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $17.00/hr+ (based on experience)
We are hiring experienced Quality Inspectors with a sharp eye and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you take pride in precision, accountability, and ensuring only the best products leave the line, this role is for you.Position Overview:
As a Quality Inspector, you'll be responsible for conducting in-process and final inspections of molded plastic parts. You’ll play a critical role in upholding quality standards, using tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure accuracy, and documenting inspection results clearly and consistently.Key Responsibilities:
Perform visual and dimensional inspections of molded plastic components
Use measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, etc.) to verify specifications
Document and report non-conformances and support root cause analysis
Maintain accurate records of inspections and product quality
Communicate quality concerns with production and support teams
Keep the inspection area clean, safe, and organizedRequirements:
Prior experience in quality inspection, ideally in plastic injection molding or manufacturing
Proficiency with measuring tools and quality documentation
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Excellent multitasking and time management skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
