Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in the Finishing/Sanding role. This position involves preparing and finishing wood products to meet high-quality standards.

Job Responsibilities

Hand sanding tread, risers, flooring, hand-rail, and newel.

Maintain sanding schedules.

Print labels and pull the proper product for the order.

Understand and operate a wide-belt sander.

Operate an opti-sander for final product sanding.

Identify and correct defects when possible.

Initial scanning of products.

Clean work stations at the end of the day.

Perform manual labor such as pushing and pulling carts with products.

Work Environment

Work hours are Monday to Thursday from 6:00 am to 3:30 pm and Friday from 6:00 am to 10:00 am. The work environment emphasizes respect and teamwork, ensuring a positive and productive atmosphere.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
