CNC Operator / Screw Machine Operator – $16/hr – 1st Shift – Oxford, NC

Job Type: Full-Time Temp-to-Hire Immediate Start

Schedule: Monday–Thursday 5:45 AM – 3:45 PM (Day Shift)

Pay: $16.00/hr to start + pay increase upon permanent hire

We are looking for mechanically inclined individuals with experience in CNC machining, screw machine operation, metal fabrication, or precision manufacturing. This full-time position in Oxford, NC offers steady hours, long weekends, and advancement opportunities.

Job Duties:

Operate and adjust CNC lathes, mills, or screw machines

Ensure production accuracy through inspections and measurements

Interpret technical drawings and blueprints

Perform basic machine maintenance

Adhere to all safety and quality procedures

Qualifications:

Experience with CNC or screw machines preferred

Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods

Basic knowledge of machining, blueprint reading, or metalworking

Team-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn
