We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our upscale grocery store to new heights of success in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will have a background as a Restaurant General Manager, bringing valuable expertise in customer service, team management, and operational excellence to the role.

As the Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, customer satisfaction, staff training, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the store

Implement strategies to optimize store performance

Monitor and control expenses to maximize profitability

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Restaurant General Manager

Strong leadership and communication skills

Proven track record of driving sales and profitability
