About the Position:
Are you driven to support students in their educational journey? We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Specialist to join our team in Columbus. In this role, youll partner with teachers to adapt lessons and activities, ensuring that each student receives the attention and resources they need to thrive.
Primary Duties:
Work alongside teachers to modify and adjust lessons for diverse student needs.
Assist with personal and physical care when required.
Provide consistent support to help students succeed both academically and personally.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not mandatory.
A deep passion for working with students and contributing to a positive, supportive classroom.
